Keep you Healthy while working on your Computer

What's amazing working online is that almost always -- when you finally decide to get up, leave the computer and eat something or go to the restrooms, you get another MUST-SEE message. And then 30 minutes later you find yourself still in front of your tube. Then at some point you may feel your eyes itch or your back ache or some other part in your body moan? Not to mention your kids are having maybe even more "Quality Time" with their computer screen...
All this lends itself to getting the RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) disease. At some point you may need surgery to heal the damages and sometimes even this cannot be done. Here are few very nice programs (Some are FREE) that might assist...reducing stiffness and muscle ache associated with long hours at the keyboard.
I am enjoying them (when I don't shut them off :-) ) Of course you should always advise with your doctor before doing any exercise that might cause you any harm.
The programs have many features that you can use to tune to your break timing needs. Also they have "Game Mode" and similar so they do not interfere with your gaming activities.
And remember as someone clever once said: "...Our health is something we are willing to give away for anything when we are young and then we would give anything to get our health back when we are old..."
Yours,
Jack.
